Digital Products

  • Delivery Method: All digital comic books are delivered electronically. Once your purchase is completed, you will receive a download link by email.

  • Delivery Time: Digital files are available immediately after purchase. If you do not receive the email within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us.

  • Shipping Fees: No shipping fees apply to digital products.


Physical Products

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Shipping Methods: We ship using [Canada Post / UPS / FedEx – choose carrier]. Tracking information will be provided by email once your order has been shipped.

  • Estimated Delivery Time:

    • Canada: 3–10 business days

    • USA: 5–15 business days

    • International: 10–25 business days (may vary by destination and customs)

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination and shipping method.

  • Customs & Import Duties: For international orders, buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.


Combined Orders (Digital + Physical)

If your order includes both a digital and a physical product, the digital version will be delivered immediately by email, and the physical version will follow standard shipping timelines.


Delays & Issues
